Common questions
What can it read? Printed receipts in Chinese, Japanese, English, Korean and Thai, including service charge, tax, discount and total lines, and the two QR codes on Taiwanese e-invoices (item by item, exactly). Long receipts can be photographed in two parts. Handwritten receipts are not supported. You can always edit items before splitting.
Why doesn’t it add up to the receipt? Items nobody has claimed are not charged to anyone; the edit screen and the result show them. If a line was misread, tap it to fix the amount, or accept the suggested difference.
Is it free? Scanning, splitting, sharing and tracking payments are free. Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription, with Family Sharing: trips with one-tap settle-up, foreign currencies, and share cards without the badge.
Restore a purchase Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.
Moving to a new phone Your data comes along with an iCloud or computer backup of the phone. There is no account or cloud sync.
