Refund Policy

14-day refund, no questions asked

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to provide a reason.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your order number or license key, or use the link in your order confirmation email. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record; refunds are issued through them and typically reach your payment method within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your license

When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. If you purchase again later, you will receive a new key.

Try before you buy

Every product has a full-featured free trial (30 days; see the product page). We encourage you to test the software on your own system and files before purchasing; the trial is the same software.

Fair use

We may refuse a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable refund, withdrawal or warranty rights available under the laws where you live. If local law provides a longer period or unconditional right, that law applies.
